2008 OFFICIAL WMA BALLOT

Instructions: As a member of the WMA, you are entitled to cast this ballot in the election of members of the Board of Directors. Officers and representatives shall be elected to serve a term of office of two years; they may be re-elected to the same office for one additional term, except the Treasurer who may serve a maximum of 3 terms in that office. At-large Board members will serve two-year terms in that position; they may be re-elected for a maximum if two additional terms in that position. Current members of the Board may be found on the WMA website at www.westmuse.org. New members begin their terms immediately following the WMA annual meeting.

Your ballot must be received no later than September 1, 2008 in order to be counted. In order to ensure a successful election, the WMA must receive a minimum number of ballots so please vote!
