Call for Applicants: Director of Human Resources for the Lucas Museum of Narrative Art
The Director of Human Resources will play an integral role in the executive management team’s function for the Lucas Museum of Narrative Art (LMNA). Responsibilities include formulating policies, managing daily operational activities, and planning use of materials and human resources toward maximum productivity across the company and specifically the HR department. The Director of HR will guide and manage the overall HR services, policies, and programs for the entire Museum team and will provide leadership of all LMNA initiatives to build strong employee selection, engagement and retention. This role will oversee the development of strategies to support on-going excellence in recruitment, recognition, engagement, performance management, compensation and benefits, and the associated technologies for these areas.
