Cultural Events & Fundraising Supervisor

The Town of Windsor, Colorado is hiring a Cultural Events & Fundraising Supervisor to join the newly-formed Culture & Engagement Division. The Culture & Engagement team comprises the Town of Windsor Museums, Windsor's public art program, community and special events, and department fundraising and sponsorship initiatives

The Cultural Events & Fundraising Supervisor will lead the Town’s Special Events team, who coordinate dozens of community events each year that serve thousands of residents including the Summer Concert Series, Harvest Festival, Halloween Carnival, and Windsor Wonderland. This position will also be the first leadership position that is dedicated to fundraising, development, and sponsorships. Windsor has created the basis for a foundation, and this new supervisor will play a key role in developing the brand, policies, and procedures for this new program; in launching and marketing it; and, eventually, in heading up fundraising efforts, donor relations, and capital campaigns to support Culture & Engagement projects.
