Request for WMA Board Nominations

Do you have a vision for the future of museums? Are you looking to get further involved in the museum field, while helping to serve your institution and colleagues? WMA is currently seeking nominations to its Board of Directors for the 2026-2029 term.

Comprised of some of the West's most dynamic and innovative leaders working in museums and cultural institutions, the Board helps guide WMA's mission of providing collaborative, educational, and enriching opportunities for those who work in the museum field. Why join? Serving on the WMA Board offers you the unique chance to learn from your peers, enhance your professional skills, nurture your creative side, and represent both your museum and region. As a Board member, you will be able to utilize your specific knowledge set or expertise to positively support and affect change in both WMA's operation and the greater museum community.
