The New England Air Museum (NEAM), one of the nation's premier aviation museums and the largest aerospace museum in New England, seeks an accomplished Executive Director to lead the Museum's next phase of growth and impact. Located adjacent to Bradley International Airport, NEAM stewards a nationally significant collection of more than 100 historic aircraft and aerospace artifacts and is widely recognized for its aircraft restoration program, engaging exhibitions, and hands-on STEM education.

The Museum is entering an exciting period of opportunity, including preparations for a future capital campaign to expand exhibition space, development of a new strategic plan, continued exhibition renewal, and expanded partnerships with Connecticut's aerospace industry and educational institutions.

Operating budget $3.5 million, board-designated endowment $2 million, approximately 40 staff, 75,000 annual visitors. Salary range $220,000–$250,000 plus benefits. EA/EO.
