Pasadena is noted for its early 20^th-centutry architecture. By 1900, the balmy Southern California climate attracted winter visitors from the East and Midwest. Along the bluff overlooking the Arroyo Seco, the Gambles of Cincinnati, the Wrigleys of Chicago, the Fenyes of New York, and others laid out Orange Grove Avenue and along its "Millionaires Row” built mansions.

Over the course of four consecutive days at WMA’s 2023 Annual Meeting, headquartered at the Hilton Pasadena, attendees will attend a fantastic lineup of engaging, informative sessions, and can participate in multifaceted learning opportunities including the perennially popular Poster Session, casual Roundtable Discussions, and hands-on Activity Stations.

The Western Museums Association (WMA) is currently seeking enthusiastic volunteers for our 2023 Annual Meeting in Pasadena, California!

Every year, WMA's volunteers play an integral part in the success of the conference. Volunteers help to set a positive tone and foster meaningful experiences and interactions for our attendees.
