WMA Planning Committee Meeting at Liljestrand House

This year's Program Committee Meeting at the Liljestrand House was a fascinating exercise and a wonderful experience working with a great group of people.  This year's conference is going to be a strong one, with session proposals from WMA, the Hawai'i Museums Association, the Association of Tribal Archives, Libraries, and Museums, and the Pacific Islands Museums Association. It was an exciting array of possibilities, with over 75 sessions and 10 workshops to discuss. We'll keep you posted on our progress, but be sure to save the dates and start planning now.

Travel to Hawai'i is the same cost (or lower) than many of our recent destinations... it's only a slightly longer flight. Don't miss this chance to meet colleagues from the entire Pacific Rim, to widen your professional knowledge and take home key insights for your museum.
